Refund policy

30-DAY RETURNS

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact contact@shoewi.com before sending any item back so we can provide return instructions.

Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs so we can resolve the issue.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Original delivery charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
