TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases made from Shoewi. By placing an order, you confirm that the information supplied at checkout is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are displayed on each product page. We aim to keep this information accurate, but may correct genuine errors before an order is dispatched. Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.

ORDERS

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. A contract is formed when the order is accepted and dispatched. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or there is a clear pricing or listing error.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. These terms do not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded.

WEBSITE USE

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or reproduce protected content without permission.
